“Perfect location! Can't beat it - such a pretty place. On our check in, there was live music so couldn't even get into the pub to check in. Given the rooms are upstairs, an early night was not on the cards. Breakfast was good. ”

“I Booked online i had a confirmation email !! when i got there they didn't know anything about it i also showed the women the confirmation email and still didn't get anywhere. i spent most of the night looking for a hotel to stay at but everything was booked i would not recommend this hotel at all ”

“Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...

“This location is a bit out of the way but Royal William Dockyards is a great location on its own. The apartment itself was wonderful. Everything you might need plus a lot of extras. You are getting great value because it’s a bus or uber away from city centre. But the the wonderful views make it special. We loved our stay, and where would you get a two bedroom for such a price? Check in managers were very friendly and helpful. Check in could be a problem because it is tiny and not always...
