“Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right.”

“For a business overnight stay just ok, not suitable for a couple or long stay, evening meal pub only, I took my own breakfast. Parking is allocated .”

“Not far from the railway station (a nice 15 minute walk), and the pedestrian area ( 5 minutes) very kind and always available staff. They assigned me a doble room even though i was alone. Right below the hotel there is the stop for the 700 bus with wich i went to Brighton. I would happily return to this hotel.”

“Molto bella e pulita, stanza vista mare con balcone davvero molto spaziosa e con una vista mozzafiato, personale gentile e preparato. Siamo riusciti a capirci anche con il mio scarsissimo inglese 😂Consiglio a tutti e semmai avessi la possibilità di tornarci, ci tornerei con piacere”

“Don’t book here unless you are happy with broken furniture, stained carpets with burn marks, curtains hanging off a single hook and not covering windows. A bathroom window in the shower/bath facing the street without frosting or efficient covering. Old bed, full of lumps and ridges, only fit for the rubbish tip, stale cigarette smoke wafting through passages and random pieces of furniture and hoover in the passages. Staff catnapping in “waiting area””

“This place is one step above!!! Such friendly hosts, lovely warm atmosphere. Beautifully decorated rooms. Quite literally faultless, well gladly return here again for a lovely break from London. Thank you boys, be very proud of what you have achieved. See you again soon.”

“We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!”

“Selden Farm B&B was a totally delightful place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly, helpful statt and easy to walk out from a wonderful farm into exquisite surrounding countryside. Easy to great great dinner at the World's End pub, about a mile away. If you has breakfast at Seddon Farm, you will not need lunch. Also easy to get to Arundel, which is about 4 miles away. Will definitely return”
