“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. “At a first glimpse, the hotel seems a little bit dated. In reality, it is pretty confortable. The room are not too big, but there is everything you need. The bed is a springs one, certainly not the ultra modern memory foam, but not bad. Tidiness is decent. A special mention to the service: all the staff is available and helpful to your needs.
