"Room wasn't ready when we got there well after check in time, Front deck was falling apart, broken chairs on the deck, TV's not working. No phone in room to call front desk. Could have been a better experience, Probaly won't pay to stay there again."

"Missed opportunity for a wonderful location: restaurant closed, bar closed, SPA closed, reception closed from 6pm. It was a ghost hotel. Staff is kind but can hardly cope with such unpleasant conditions of the hotel."

"Great stay, loved having a room along the river. Place felt safe. Staff are really friendly, helpful and communicate great. The sauna is such a random but wonderful bonus! Nothing like a sauna on a cool day, so nice. Overall would stay again."
