“The heating and air didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the toilet ran constantly, the toaster didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t have a carafe and cabinets and front door were in need of paint. I don’t think anything has been updated in this unit for a long time. Maintenance made repairs to the furnace, toilet and tv the next day but when you’re on a weekend trip it is maddening. This unit should not have been available with these issues”

“we arrives a little late on a Friday after work. We had to call Casado after hours number, wait for someone to arrive (only about 15) minutes but then paid a 20 late check-in fee. The priest is fantastic and the place we stay every time. This was our first time in this unit and it was clean, well kept and perfectly situated for a great view.”
