The room was very clean, and everything was order because staff was checking the room twice a day and that was great. I love the balcony because I slap out one night due to the beautiful weather. “The place was beautiful, Staff are friendly and helpful. The café shop had delicious food. I give this place an 8/10. Wish there more food categories. Buffets wasn't what ur expected. 10/10 for Asian fusion and La Casona. They have activities that was fun as well. It's close to fifth Avenue. So you got thing to do if you don't wanna stay in the hotel.”

“Todo me gustó, la habitación , las instalaciones, el personal en general, los alimentos. Excepto los alimentos del área de la alberca que están muy desabridos. Lo único molesto es que apenas llegas del aeropuerto te “invitan” a esperar sentándote en una mesa con una persona que no deja de bombardearte para que aceptes ir a un desayuno que según dura hora y media pero que sabemos que es para vender tiempos compartidos y dura más de 4 horas, insiste a más no poder, incluso te pide dejar 500 pesos...
