“HIDDEN GEM!! This place is gorgeous, very modern and has everything you need. Room was attended to every day and the lovely cleaning crew always leaves cute origami. Efren greeted my husband and I when we first arrived and was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel like we made the right decision, immediately! “Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!”

“The room was very clean. Shower was semi -clean. We didn't have hot water. The wi-fi didn't work and the TV didn't display any channels even though it was connected to the wi-fi. We definitely didn't get what we paid for. Im going to ask for a refund or partial refund because of the issues we experienced. The property was nice. Very nice pool. In house Bar was okay.”

“It was ok there was a person up front a little rude and they try to accuse me of something and get charged for it i was out for the day came back they canceled my card to enter the room i rented because they said something about wet mattress which it wasn't true staff came in to check mattress so embarrassing they didn't need to cancel my card to the room”

“First of all front desk make me feel less important because I booked thru Expedia, they tried to charge me a balance at front desk, I had to show them the what I pay thru Expedia my balance they made me wait almost 30 minutes to fix that issue, another thing, the elevator was not working, I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath sea view for a reason for 4 days, since elevator was not working they were expecting us to used the stairs, lol i thought they were going to relocate us to another building but...
