“I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. “The bathroom could not accommodate a large person. I Could not use the toilet. ”

“The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room. ”
