VILLA BIANCA is a wonderful 210 square meters villa located a few kilometres from the centre of Sorrento with a splendid view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, and Sorrento. It can accommodate up to 12 people and has large outdoor spaces, large terraces with sea views, a barbecue, pizza oven, and a private swimming pool. The villa is also fitted with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi, and has private parking for 3-4 cars.


Villa Bianca is located about 4 km from Sorrento towards Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. You’ll find some excellent local restaurants and a bar less than 200m away. The SITA bus stop, with services running every 30 minutes to Sorrento, Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, Positano and Amalfi, is also less than 20 m away.

The nearest beach is about 4 km away in Sorrento and you’ll find the beach of Nerano about 7 km away, where you’ll be able to admire a wonderful panorama and taste the best traditional dishes at one of the many local restaurants.

The nearest shops and supermarket are about 3 km away in Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi.

The villa’s location is also ideal for people who love walking. In fact, you’ll be able to plan some beautiful walks along the trails to Sorrento or Punta Campanella, allowing you to absorb the authentic atmosphere of the Sorrento coast and to admire some stunning landscapes.

Access to the villa is through an automatic gate from the main road. You won’t need a car to stay at Villa Bianca, but if you do come by car, you’ll be able to park in the property’s private parking area.

There are about 20 steps between the parking area and the villa.

Villa Bianca occupies the upper floor of a large two-storey villa. The lower floor is occasionally occupied by the owner. The owner has their own entrance and all outdoor spaces (swimming pool, terraces, etc) will be exclusively for your use.

THE SWIMMING POOL is located on the upper part of the villa, measures 12 m long, 2.5 m wide and 2.5 m deep and has a wonderful view of the sea and Vesuvius. The pool area is furnished with deckchairs and benches. The pool is available from the end of April to the beginning of November. Here you’ll find an outdoor shower with cold water and a bathroom with a toilet and bidet. You reach the pool by climbing seven steps from the villa.

THE FIRST TERRACE is located on the upper part of the villa and is about 200 square meters in size. It is furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers and is partially covered by a pergola. From here, you’ll be able to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. The terrace is reached by climbing seven steps from the villa.

THE SUNROOM is located on the upper part of the villa is about 70 square meters in size. It’s undoubtedly the most beautiful part of the villa where you’ll be able to enjoy dinner or breakfast and spend some unforgettable days enjoying the swimming pool and the sea view. Here you’ll find a barbecue, pizza oven, and a small outdoor kitchen with a sink. It’s also furnished with deckchairs and benches. The sunroom is accessed by climbing seven steps from the villa.

THE SECOND TERRACE is 70 square meters in size and has a wonderful view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius. It’s partially shaded by an awning and is furnished with a large table and twelve chairs. You can reach the second terrace through the French windows in the living room.

THE GYM will enable you to keep in shape after all the many lunches and dinners in the villa or at the many restaurants. The gym can be used from 13:30 until 18:30. You can access the gym from the parking area.

THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright and is divided into two sections: a lounge and a kitchen area. The lounge contains a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a dining table for 10 people. The room is fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. THE KITCHEN contains a four-hob stove, dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, and an electric espresso machine. From the living room, you’ll be able to access the second terrace with views of the sea, via the French windows.

THE VERANDA is furnished with a double sofa bed, a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the veranda, you’ll have access to the terrace. The veranda is accessed from the corridor.

From here, you’ll have access onto a balcony (shared with the other bedrooms) through a French window, where you’ll be able to admire the view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius.

From here, you’ll have access onto a balcony (shared with the other bedrooms) through a French window, where you’ll be able to admire the view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Access is from the corridor and the room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From here, you’ll have access onto a balcony (shared with the other bedrooms) through a French window, where you’ll be able to admire the view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius.

THE BALCONY is 12 square meters in size and has a view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius. It’s furnished with a table, three chairs and two benches. It can be accessed from any of the three bedrooms.

THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, bath with shower, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

THE ANNEX

THE THIRD TERRACE has a beautiful sea view and is furnished with tables and chairs. Access is from the entrance to the main villa by climbing up seven steps and from the terrace, you can access the annex’s two bedrooms.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, TV, fridge, and a small bar area with a kettle and cups for tea or coffee. It’s fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and a hairdryer. Access is from the third terrace with sea view, through the French windows.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, TV, fridge, and a small bar area with a kettle and cups for tea or coffee. It’s fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and a hairdryer. Access is from the third terrace with sea view, through the French windows.

IN THE LAUNDRY AREA you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.


Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Gas not included. Will be charged 4 Euros/cubic meter to be paid on site.
- Electricity and Air conditioning not included. Will be charged 0,35 Euros/KWH to be paid on site.
- Weekly cleaning to be paid in cash to the owner in villa: 300,00 Euros.
