With an amazing choice of Blue Flag beaches just a 5-10 minutes’ drive, you will never get bored. The villa is a short drive to the Ayia Napa Marina which offers amazing views, luxury shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to explore, and the Ayia Napa center is further 5 minutes’ drive away.



Entering the villa you are greeted by a spacious open plan living and dining area with 3 comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats up to 6 people.

For indoor entertainment there is a smart TV and children’s toy area. The modern, stylish kitchen, although open plan, is off-set from the dining area; it comes fully equipped for your stay and includes an integrated oven, a separate hob, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine – perfect for making your preferred morning coffee. There is also a guest W/C allocated on the ground floor.



All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor - 2 doubles and a twin. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to a private balcony with views of the local area, it also boasts an impressive ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. The 2 other bedrooms share access to the family bathroom.



There is a conservatory at the back of the villa, which gives a real indoor-outdoor feel. It provides comfortable seating and gets a lovely sea breeze on the hot summer evening. The outdoor area is spacious with a wrap-around garden, fruit trees and an outdoor table for 6 guests, perfect for alfresco dining.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
