“A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Ao chegar escolhemos um quarto com duas camas, mas vimos que não eram confortáveis. No dia seguinte pedimos para trocar de quarto e prontamente fomos atendidos.”

“Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia.”

“The first floor was under construction so it was noisy. WI-FI in the room was not available. No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not.”
