“I am Muzungo and my bride Ugandan. We spent our honeymoon here while enjoying Jinja’s attractions. We found the place to be nice by Uganda standards and after sorting out a few things with the very helpful staff our stay was very nice. They have amazing water pressure and depending on the room you get, amazing showers. I found the staff to be very helpful and the restaurant kept me and my wife well fed with very good food. “Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia.”

No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not.”
