The period fittings and decor complimented our room. Situated right in the heart of the Brisbane CBD you’re walking distance to the Queen Street Mall, Wintergarden, Brisbane Arcade and designer stores as well as a number of restaurants and cafes. ”

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“The staff was wonderful! They initially upgraded our room and when the air conditioning didn’t work they immediately moved us to another room and comped us for the inconvenience. The area around the hotel has a lot to see and do.”
