“We stay at this location when visiting the area. The staff always goes above and beyond to take care of us. They would have gotten all 5 stars but they are doing some work on hit tub and doors.”

“Unfortunately, this hotel is under construction and it does NOT state this on their website. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place to stay. The bar was not open and there was plastic draping all the areas of Construction. Very disappointing. Good customer service is let your customers know of the construction going on before booking so we can decide if it would matter to us.”

“Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board.”
