We do apology's for the rude wake up from other guests and the cops having to step in to resolve the issue. We are making changes to our hotel and we hope to be done by the time Notre Dame goes back to school so we hope you will give us another chance when we get done with renovations and changes

We are trying to make changes to the location now, but as you know there's a short hand in employment where ever you go. Business just aren't getting money like they use to, to pay for full staffing. We are very sorry for your unconvinced coffee maker, bath tub, and cleanliness.

We do apologize for the way we have been ran down but we work hard to try and keep it up with the small amount of workers we have and little business we get but we thank god every day we can still help people every day.

We are sorry for your miss communication you must have missed the short cut that was only 1.5 mile walk that was on or part, but maybe next time we can print you out a map. i understand that there was staining issues and we are in need of a make over we get told that all the time we try our best to do what we can with what we have.
