Bathrooms are conveniently located on every level: two upstairs, a powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement.

On the lower level, the fully finished basement provides a second hangout space with a large sectional sofa (with pull-out sofa bed), TV, and with a separate double bed for additional guests.
