“The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. “Great location, outdoor space and breakfast. Elevator wasn't working, initial front desk guy wasn't overly helpful with dinner suggestions, or especially friendly. Only thing that we really didn't like was the carpeting throughout. It all smelled moldy.”

Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore?
