“Exceptional and clean”

“The room was clean and the furnishings looked nice, but overall the place wasn’t what I expected from the online photos. It’s a motel, not an inn. The space that formerly acted as a common area with seating and coffee is closed. There was a microwave and (rather loud) fridge in the room, but no coffee maker in the rooms or anywhere on the premises that I could find. “Our stay was SPECTACULAR!!!! The staff were wonderful. The room was perfect. Pool was great. Inn is so close to everything. Continental breakfast certainly a plus. We will absolutely be back and tell our friends that it is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Falmouth.”

“Charges a huge “resort fee” when you get there, but there’s not really any amenities to speak of. It rained while we were there and it flooded our unit.”

“We recently stayed at the Sea Crest in Falmouth and overall had a nice experience. The biggest downside was check-in. Our room wasn't ready until much later than expected, and we didn't receive a text that it was available until 6:15 PM. Many guests appeared frustrated, and the staff seemed stressed as they handled numerous complaints about the delayed check-in process. “Was upstairs attic type bedroom But small and very clean. Excellent shower. Issue was when we went out the first night for a wedding and returned the dirt to the building was locked. Had received no indication how to open it. When I called they answered right away and was fine. Didn’t see anyone at reception the 3 days 2 nights i was there”

“Great stay! Parking lot is basically connected to Main Street, so very convenient and walkable. Room was very clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy.”
