“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND.”

“Constuction was being done around the entire facility, a large dumpster was placed right outside of my room despite there being space elsewhere. I was given stained towels twice, in which I complained to the front desk and they gave me new ones. There is no manager on duty to assist with issues, the owner doesn't respond. During breakfast the tables were dirty and overall a bad experience. Will not be returning”

“I loved the cabin i stayed in. It was clean and had everything i needed. ”

“The room smelled clean, bed was nice, clean and comfortable, shower had stains from a cleaner, carpet needed replaced. Water was barely warm enough for a shower and the second night the warm water turned cool mid shower. That was a cold shower and my sister ended up not getting a shower because of no hot water. The breakfast staff was pleasant and Cynthia made our morning. She was so friendly and greeted us with a “good morning” and light conversation. She was very diligent with maintaining warm...
