“my husband and I woke at 5am to roaches in the room and the host said we need to contact Expedia for a refund ”

“I reserved the room for the night of 4/11. They showed it as 4/12. I did not stay at the hotel and Expedia refused to refund or credit my $180. Customer service from Expedia was poor. Connected me to a chat bot and never let me speak with a person. Same as theft as far as I'm concerned. A crooked, deceitful way of doing business.”

“Have stayed here before & definitely noticed a positive change. Price was right. Marcia at the front desk was very professional, friendly, efficient & helpful. The room was very clean with welcome amenities. Bed was very comfortable & the tv channel selection was amazing. Kudos! Will be back.”

“We turned the a/c on in the room and it smelled like weed. The furniture was in poor condition. It looked to be chewed on by a large dog. The beds were hard, pillows were terrible. We woke up early to get out of there asap. ”

“The room is clean the beds are so comfortable I would recommend better breakfast choices. Other than that my stay was great definitely will be my go to Hotel on my traveling visits. ”
