“It was a perfect place to stay within downtown Colorado Springs! The homes in the area are beautiful and from a time before cookie cutter construction became a thing. We were also within short driving distance to anything we needed/wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet too. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had and their instructions on check-in/out were clear. We stayed in the upstairs apartment above the garage which has everything you need to feel at home. ...

“Close to everywhere I wanted to go. I could easily walk to the downtown and to trail heads. Garden of the Gods was 1 mile away. I really enjoyed my stay and it met my needs.”

“The place was such a nice, quiet getaway with nearby trails. It was centrally located to lots of good places to eat and activities. The hot tub was a great feature to have after longs hikes. We spent the evenings on the porch playing darts or sitting on the swing.”

Our goal was to relax and reconnect after a busy month of end of school activities with our kids and a high school graduation for our 2nd oldest. We were able to do just that. “Loved this cottage! My wife and I stayed two nights. The cottage is well equipped, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The location is also ideal, being just a 5 minute easy drive to historic Old Colorado for dining and shopping. Check-in and out was easy and the hosts were extremely responsive. Thunderstorms were forecasted during our check-in time but Beth contacted us to say the cottage was clean and we could check-in early. Much appreciated! We will definitely rent from Beth and John...

“Wanted to be out of the bustle of Colorado Springs but still short drives from lots of activities. The view was awesome and the Tiny Home was just spacious enough! Everything was very well stocked and very clean! We would definitely stay again!!MINOR issues - coffee pot isn’t the true pot for the machine, hard to remove. Filters there were too small but I had my own. Wi-fi info sent to me was wrong but the correct one was on the desk. Parking is tight. We had a dual cab truck with a bike...

“A group of 5 lady’s in their 50’s decided to go to the renaissance festival, a few of us have never been. We decided to come the night before and found this amazing retreat!!! With a pool!! First thing we did upon arrival was blow up our floaties and hop in the pool. Ahhhhhhh… next thing you know it’s 730 so we cooked dinner in an amazing kitchen!!!
