Cottage a South Central Colorado

“It’s a great location to walk to the State Fair and not have to deal with parking.”

“Everything with the stay was great. Hosts were very responsive. The house was perfect!”

“Great place close to the great sand dunes. Definitely recommend for a unique and fun stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Location was perfect. The place is very cozy and welcoming. Comfortable furniture with several blankets and throw pillows along with original hardwood floors, woodwork and fireplace contribute to this feeling. Mike is extremely responsive, accommodating and generous. Would definitely stay again!”

“It was a very nice place to stay at on our trip.”

“The place was clean but the linens had not been washed and smelled dirty.”

“Very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to get away with a great host! She checked in on us frequently and made sure things were smooth. Would definitely book again!”

“Nice clean spot with easy check in and check out. Communicative hosts. The one thing I'd suggest as an improvement would be a new bedframe or to tighten the screws on the existing one! It was quite squeaky. Overall a really nice place to spend a quick getaway in Colorado Springs.”

“This is a cute place and we had a nice stay!”

“Was a very comfortable place”

“Amazing little hideaway. Super quiet in a really convenient central spot in town. Would stay again.”

“Building has quite a bit of character and is pleasantly set back from the street - nice and quiet. Deer were in the yard throughout our stay and we took care not to spook or bother them. Interesting way to have your morning coffee.Short drive to Whittington Center if that's why you're in town.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the purple hobbit house! Property is clean and easy to access. You really don’t notice the guests in the blue house unless you happen to be coming and going at the same time. 20 minutes to surrounding hikes and one hour easy drive to the Sand Dunes. Rented boards at the shop right outside of entry to dunes. Locals are friendly and restaurants good, just pay attention to the hours. We did not use the sauna, we did use the hot tub daily! We attempted the propane fire pit one...

“Wonderful property and great location. My only concern was with only one bathroom for many bedrooms upstairs, it was difficult to share with friends. We had to use the downstairs bathroom.”

“Very cozy place to stay if you plan to hike and shop around Colorado Springs.”
