“This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs...

“The room was very clean, lots of amenities. The overall location of the cabin was very nice being only about 10 minutes outside of Colorado Springs. Very easy check in and checkout process.”

“I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work.
