“What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”

“We were wowed the second we walked through the door! The building that houses this hotel is over a 120 years old. Yes, there may be some creaks and groans with everyone wandering around, but it adds to the charm and really helps you live through its history! Each room is unique and has its own flair. We were in the "smallest," room but it was more than adequate to sleep in. There are plenty of other places to lounge and you are free to explore the building. We didn't take advantage of the spa...

“This resort was absolutely amazing! The staff was excellent and very accommodating with the few requests we had. There are many great food options in the area. We did not eat at resort at all, but did have a drink one evening! The views are stunning! Only small complaint was the beach at the country club is pretty dirty. Would definitely recommend to friends and go back if we ever are in the area again!”
