“Everything was as described ”

“I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected.”

“We loved our stay here! The host was very welcoming and provided a big variety of useful amenities and snacks. The cottage was super clean and put-together and the area it’s in felt safe. It’s also very close to tons of fun activities – Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Manitou Springs were some highlights.
