“Poor customer service, rooms are old and not overly clean. The price is purely paying for the view not level of luxury at the resort”

“The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good.”
