“La struttura non è male, comoda per una visita di passaggio tra Las Vegas e la death Valley ma l'addetta alla reception ha voluto farci fare un upgrade a suo dire obbligatorio perché la camera prenotata su Expedia non esiste più. Non è per l'upgrade di 10 dollari ma si deve informare l'ospite della differenza prima che quest'ultimo arrivi in hotel e non si deve fare gravare sull'ospite eventuali disservizi dell'hotel o del portale di prenotazione!”

“The location of the hotel is perfect to visit The Death Valley Unfortunately the hotel is old, the standard rooms are spacious but they smell bad, they really need a completely refurbishing. There is no cleaning service during the stay. The windows of our rooms are really dirty The rooms are overpriced ”

“Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ely by IHG is the best alternative, in my opinion, to The Prospector Casino right next door. Breakfast is filling and free coffee is available in the lobby 24/7 for the coffee lovers like me. The not so good was that the fridge in my room did not have a freezer, as a result, I had to eat the 3 frozen meals I brought with me all at once, otherwise they would have gone bad; the ice machine on my floor was not working, and the staff could be a tad friendlier. ...
