We are located in the heart of South Dennis, a charming and historic village in the town of Dennis on Cape Cod. Our neighborhood blends classic Cape character with modern convenience. We're right next to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, which leads for miles in either direction. The Indian Lands Conservation Area is on the other side of the CCRT, with paths through evergreen groves along the Bass River. Bring a picnic to watch the sunset from picnic tables overlooking the water. South Dennis is full of quiet, tree-lined streets and boasts a central location between the bay and the sound. Come stay for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for vacationers and year-round visits.

You'll have the whole home to yourself!

Please note we do not provide propane for the BBQ grill or wood for the fire pit, but there may be some leftover from a previous guest. If not, propane is readily available from Breakaway (one block away) or Ace Hardware. The fireplaces are not usable.

**We require a damage deposit that will be collected 24 hours prior to your stay.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. Absolutely no parties and no locals are allowed to book.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. Please do not move any of the furniture as we have soft pine floors that easily scratch. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something you will be charged for it.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential area, please respect the neighbors!
