“We had a confirmed reservation from Expedia at this hotel. When we tried to check in at the hotel, we did NOT have a reservation. They said Expedia did not push the reservation. The clerk on duty was very helpful, and helped us find another hotel to stay at (there were no rooms left at this property). I would recommend this hotel. NOT happy with Expedia. We tried calling, but got automated messages to push buttons & never reached a representative.
THANK YOU to the gentleman at the front desk.”

“In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti.
La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable.
However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal.
The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system.
It was 7:00 PM, I was traveling with my three-year-old child, and despite the obvious situation, the staff refused to let me check in.

“This property was grimy and smelled for marajuana. The commom areas, halls and elevator were particularly gross. The room was much better. The bathroom was clean with nice fixtures. The bed was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were stylish. However the room smelled of marajuana, There where cigarette birns in the bedspread. I stayed 3 nights and had no maid service. I ran the fan nonstop to reduce the smell.
It was nice that there was a Duncan Donuts and a 24 jr. Mc Donalds next door.”
