“Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

“There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”

“Supposed to be non smoking room first thing I saw in room was an ashtray. Faucets in shower leaked so bad I burned my foot. Bar soap was from best Western hotels and no shampoo or conditioner. No elevator either and room on 3rdAll this and more for the bargain price of $378 for 2 nights. Room was clean.”

“Expedia - You should feel ashamed of giving folks an option to book a room at this place. For what we paid this was by far my worst experience when booking a room with you guys. Room was awful, and unclean. There was no staff in site (good luck asking for towels or sheets), only a counter kiosk with a guy offshore checking you in). Never again.”

“Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room.”
