Hotel vicino a South Esplanade Park - Leavenworth

“Everything about the room, breakfast, workout room was fine but the pool was closed for maintenance and we brought our grandkids with us so they could swim & we were very disappointed. The hotel said “their” website indicated the pool was closed but Expedia’s site did not! Will call the hotel first from now on!”

“Staff was friendly & helpful. Tyler assisted me with the thermostat & temp in my room. The cookies in evening was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. I was very pleased with stay overall.”

“The parking area was held up by 2x4. The tiles in the lobby and on our walk to our room were broken and it smelled mildewy in the room. We chose not to stay and were told we would be refunded. We were not. Not even the deposit”

“Or was a little dated, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the property was clean and quiet. I didn't have time for breakfast. I was greeted kindly by the man at the front desk, a nice end to a 23 hour day. I'd stay here again. ”

“I was disappointed that while staying there for four nights we had to replenish our own towels ave bring our garbage downstairs. Our beds were also never made. It was advertised that we would get these services every other day”

“Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.”
