Extremely disappointed in the way the property has not been maintained.The house was very dirty, ceiling fans had dust covering the blades, dead flies in the window sills, trash in a receptacle in the half bath. Cobwebs on the walls and vaulted ceiling.Dishwasher was not mounted and was falling out of the cabinets when you try to load or unload it.As advertised there was a hot tub, however only half of the jets work. Bathtub in the master bath also had jets that do not work.The description says fireplace which there is no fireplace, it has a gas stove which resembles a fireplace.Master bedroom mini blinds inoperable, we raised them to let sunlight in and they were stuck open and would not lower.As for the kitchen, electric can opener did not work properly, used the provided handheld can opener which disintegrated in my hands as I was using it.Had to go buy a can opener in order to open cans.Pots and pans for cooking were very outdated.Teflon was lifting from them, causing food to stick to the pans, which made it difficult for cooking and cleaning.Bought new pans to cook with.Barbecue grill was also not working either out of propane or just non-functional.Was instructed by property manager to go next door and get the propane bottle from another property they managed.Manager also stated they are aware of most of these problems but do not have the checkbook in order to fix them.With all of this in mind, we feel we should be compensated for the inconveniences.Thank you, sincerely
