Ampio 2400 sq. Ft. Di proprietà, proprio sulla South Fork del fiume Rio Grande. Svegliarsi al quadro perfetto panorami di montagna. 4 camere da letto spaziose con 2 master suite e 2. 5 bagni al piano inferiore. Due camere da letto, 1 bagno, e un soppalco al piano superiore. Enorme grande sala con camino e bella vista sulle montagne e sul fiume. Ampia cucina che si apre nella Sala Grande. zona lungofiume enorme quasi le dimensioni di un campo di calcio !! Un sacco di prese di corrente interni ed esterni per gestire moltitudine di dispositivi elettronici.

Great location, great property. We saw deer and a bear from the porch. Everything was super nice and close to Southfork. We had a great time and the owners were easy to work with.

The house sat in a picturesque spot at the end of a quiet gravel road, right beside the South Fork of the Rio Grande creek. Every bedroom—and even the dining table—offered peaceful views of the water. It was nearly ideal for families with young children, featuring bunk beds, open space to explore indoors, and easy access to the creek from the covered rear decks. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom—except for the upstairs bath, which was shared between two rooms, one of which had bunk beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the spacious living and dining area included a cozy fireplace and a TV. Both rear decks were covered, making them perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Fabulous property for a summer vacation! Fly fishing in the river in front of the property, town of Southfork was close and had all amenities necessary. Jayant was very accessible and helpful and the home was beautiful! Will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable Stay

Property is nice. New hot tub, but not convenient to get to. Charged extra for use of the hot tub but wasn’t able to use it much as it wasn’t easy to actually get to the hot tub. House itself was good. Nothing to complain about. Overall, all was good and location to Wolf Creek Ski area was great!

House on the river

This was the perfect house for our family and friends. It was a perfect location to Wolf Creek Ski area. South Fork offered wonderful restaurants and other places of interest. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we wanted. It was a wonderful skiing vacation spot!!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

Perfect for our family of 10! Kids loved the bunkroom and play area, great gathering area for meals and family time. Too cold (15-25 degrees during our stay) to spend much time outside on the property, but we did enjoy the views. Convenient to skiing, ice fishing, skating, and sledding. Also drove to Alamosa for kids movie, and Worth The Drive Bakery for all kinds of yummy stuff. Wish we could have stayed longer to go to the Great Sand Dunes National park. We will be back!

Our little girls wedding day

We came into our beautiful rental home looking to have a place to come together as family and friends to enjoy this moment we have waited for to find her knight in shining armor. Great stay!

Two families stayed in the home and we had a wonderful time. Very close to two reservoirs for fishing and access to hiking. Daily trips to Creede for ice cream coffee and shopping. Would highly recommend this home.

Great Family Home

We enjoyed this house and there was plenty of move for our large family. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would suggest bringing extra towels as we had one per person. Water heater was a bit of an issue, but the host said he would look at it. Probably less of a problem with a small group
