Bella baita situata a South Fork, CO che si trova sulle rive del Rio Grand River. Casa perfetta per grandi gruppi !! Grandi sconti per coppie o piccole famiglie che prenotano all'ultimo minuto. Mandaci un messaggio! 25 posti letto. Perfetto per vacanze in famiglia, gruppi di chiese, ritiri trapunta / artigianato, riunioni di famiglia, gruppi di caccia e gite sciistiche di gruppo. 6 camere da letto più un ampio soppalco, 3 1/2 bagni. Ogni camera da letto ha un nome e una decorazione unici con il suo tema. Godetevi la splendida vista sul fiume dal piano principale e le camere da letto al piano superiore o la tranquillità e la tranquillità delle camere da letto seminterrato. La sala giochi è nel seminterrato con un tavolo da biliardo, biliardino, lancio del sacchetto di fagioli, TV con Dish Network e diversi tavoli da gioco. Completamente arredato e rinnovato di recente con letti di tronchi tagliati a mano e materassi memory foam. We had a large group of 22 people and were very pleased with the Lodge. We had part of our group stay at the cabin within walking distance and it worked out great for us!

Family reunion time. Most the time we were at another rental that catered to family reunions better. This rental had corn hole that didn’t have bags with it. Then badminton that had missing poles, pool table with lots of tears and not leveled. Foosball that was missing balls and broken handle that I was able to fix. Broken front

We had three families with a total of 12 people stay here and there was lots of extra room. We played games and cooked dinner each evening in the dinner/living room. Pool and foosball tables were fun additions that are downstairs. On top of this, we got lucky with a lot of snow to play in. South Fork is a relatively easy drive up to Wolf Creek each day.

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at the lodge and my sister stayed in the smaller cabin just a short walk between the trees. We had 23 people between both cabins and had plenty of room. The house is also right along the river with amazing views. The kitchen was large enough to cook for all of us as well. The property managers were helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. We will be back for sure!

Our group of 15 (ages 2 months to adult) stayed at Rio River Retreat for a ski vacation. Melissa and Dan were great hosts and always quick to respond. The place suited us well with a bedroom for each of our kids’ families. We will definitely keep it in mind the next time we stay in South Fork.

The Rio River Retreat was perfect cabin for our group of 18 for our annual ski trip. The family/game room was perfect for evening family fun and a good hangout space for some that wanted to stay up a bit later than others. The kitchen, living room and dining room were open concept which allowed for us all to be together during meal prep, cooking and dining time! The kitchen had a huge island and double convection ovens which were awesome for meal prep and serving! Melissa has the kitchen stocked so well with appliances, dishes and almost anything you would need. The view out the back of the river and out the front big windows of the mountain were stunning. Since it was winter we did not get to enjoy the beautiful deck and yard space but we guess it is a favorite spot in all the other seasons. This cabin is ina great location in south fork which is close to Wolf Creek. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

Thank you Dan and Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us. I highly recommend this rental. We booked our stay for a ski trip/winter getaway for family and a few friends. The house is large and spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone. The 3 levels were perfect for giving multiple generations their privacy and space, and we could easily meet up for meals and visiting in the large living/dining room or for games in the basement. The house had everything we needed and Dan and Melissa were close by and available to help. Not only is the house perfect, but the location and view is spectacular. The home is right on the river and the view is gorgeous in all directions. We will definitely return to this beautiful home in South Fork.

The owners were very nice and communicated well - they had lots of recommendations for the area so that was helpful. We would’ve liked for all the beds to be made though and appliances to be updated. Oven is old and over cooked some food, one of the burners on island didn’t work, sink in the kitchen and tub in upstairs bathroom would both hold water and not drain well. Other than those things, it was a great stay!

Beautiful cabin in an amazing town!! The views were spectacular and the game room was a huge hit!! Owners came and met us personally and sent texts to check on us and give us updates. Everyone in South Fork was very friendly! Would highly recommend this cabin!!
