A Liberty Haven - 2 blocks from South Beach,

Welcome to A Liberty Haven!
This vacation rental is the perfect place to spend your Michigan summer! You won't be disappointed with this fully-updated, 4 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom home. Located just three short blocks from Lake Michigan, you can spend your days in the sun with your feet in the sand and finish the day by relaxing around the firepit with friends and family.

INSIDE THE HOME
As soon as you enter, you'll feel right at home in the cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The bonus room to your left can be used for extra living or sleeping space. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the large dining area with a table that seats 10 people, comfortably. The fully stocked kitchen includes plenty of storage space, an island, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also includes access to the backyard and mudroom/nook for all additional storage. A full bathroom is located off the living room which completes the main floor.

Between the bonus room and the main floor bathroom are stairs leading to the upper level. At the top of the stairs, you'll find four bedrooms. The master suite includes a king-size bed and plenty of space. The second bedroom features 2 bunk beds. Moving to the other side of the upper level, you'll find bedrooms 3 and 4, which both include queen-sized beds. The second full bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located in the middle of the upper level.

Downtown South Haven is your classic beach town community with specialty boutique shopping and eclectic eateries. We so enjoyed our stay at Liberty Haven. We so appreciated Every detail that the host thought of it was so appreciated. Very clean and comfortable and kid friendly. The kitchen was so fun to cook in everything we needed and more. The cute little shed outside with all the beach gear made for a wonderful beach days. Love walking to town and walking to the beach. Thank you again for our wonderful stay.

Great Place

We were very happy with our stay at this house/cottage as it was everything the ad described! Almost everything inside was new or newer from the floors to the cabinets and furniture as well as very clean. Lots of room on the first floor with nice bedrooms to sleep in. We will definitely rent this place again in the future!

Family Yearly Getaway

Stayed here for our annual Family Getaway. My initial questions were answered promptly. Home is exactly as described and the photos are accurate, there were no surprises like in other homes we’ve rented in the past. House is in a fantastic location within blocks of the kiddie park, beach and downtown. It was super clean and had nice starter kits for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rm. Comfy beds. We loved the dining table for 10! Our Family of 6 adults and four children under 5 found it roomy and comfortable. Nice fire pit with chairs for adults and children (bring firewood or buy local), Gas grill has extra propane tanks in shed (nice to have as the initial tank ran out), shed has beach chairs, toys and more importantly a beach wagon - the kids loved riding in the wagon to town, the park and the beach. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful week at the beach

Great property for a week at SOHA. Easy four blocks to beach. Well stocked kitchen and shed full of beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas and floats. Enjoyed the use of the beer/wine fridge. Super clean. We had an issue with the door frame and it was fixed promptly. Fantastic weather and awesome space to share with family and friends.

Great House

This house was nice and newly renovated! Great location to the beach and town we walked to both. There was some issues with earwigs inside the house but the management company said they would notify the owners to get it taken care of. But overall a nice place to stay.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved staying here. The property has been newly renovated inside, everything was in great shape. A few unexpected perks - beer/wine fridge, beach wagon, many beach chairs. Easy walk to Kids Corner and the lake.

great location

We were the second group to stay in this remodeled home. The Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new. The bathrooms were well done and the laundry room was perfect. Outside fire pit was great and there were beach chairs and a wagon to use. The outside of the house was not completed but did not affect our stay. The only negative is the lack of closets in 3 bedrooms. There need to be more dressers or a clothes rack to compensate for lack of space to hang clothes. No TVs in bedrooms, might bother some but not a problem for us. You can tell the owner worked hard to get it ready. Jacqua was great to work with.
