  • Una novità per il 2020 è una splendida casa sulla spiaggia nella comunità Harbour Club Resort & Marina (1 miglio dal centro di South Haven, 1/4 miglio dall'accesso alla spiaggia). Questa bella casa di 2200 piedi quadrati dispone di 4 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni e può ospitare comodamente fino a 12 persone. Nascosto tra 40 acri di boschi preservati ea pochi isolati dal lago Michigan, questa casa ti sta urlando di venire a rilassarti !! (La costruzione è completa e le foto dell'interno arrivano all'inizio di aprile)

    La nostra casa di fascia alta è arredata con mobili di qualità che ti lasceranno rilassato e confortevole. Il nostro obiettivo è fornire tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e tu porti solo il divertimento. Questa casa dispone di finiture di lusso come ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici moderni, 2 TV a schermo piatto, WiFi ad alta velocità e area salotto privata della suite principale.

    Il livello principale è un concetto aperto e spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e servire i pasti a un grande gruppo. Gioca ai giochi nella tana separata che dispone di un divano letto (2 posti letto), mettiti comodo a guardare film nella grande sala o fai una griglia sulla griglia a gas situata nella veranda sul retro. C'è una gigantesca buca per il fuoco a pochi passi dalla nostra veranda sul retro - assicurati di portare i tuoi marshmallow!

    Il livello superiore presenta la Master Suite completa di bagno padronale e area salotto separata. La seconda e la terza camera da letto sono dotate di letti queen size deluxe e la quarta camera da letto è la camera a castello, che può ospitare comodamente 4 persone.

    Questo noleggio include l'accesso alla piscina condominiale del Resort, alla club house e al porto turistico. Noleggia barche, kayak, paddle board al porto turistico per divertirti in acqua! Marina affitta anche golf cart per un facile e divertente accesso alla città.

    La spiaggia pubblica più vicina è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi, molto facile da raggiungere e un po 'più isolata rispetto alle affollate spiagge del centro. Carica le sedie a sdraio fornite sul carro e sei pronto!

    A soli 5 minuti dai negozi / ristoranti unici del centro, questo è il posto perfetto per fuggire.

The place was beautiful and had all the essentials that you would need for your family for your vacation. The home is updated and provided bikes, many cooking supplies, and a comfortable environment for us to relax.

Amazing property and great host

Family Vacation

Great place and convenient location - w rented a golf cart from the community to zip around to town, beaches, etc. Very clean and responsive owner. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.

Precious Family Time

House was great. Neighborhood in a good location. Owners delightful. We did so much of what South Haven is known for- beach, Maritime Museum, 1810 ship replica ride, shopping, SO much fun on Dune Ride, Sherman’s for ice cream, Beast Burgers, and most of all family being together.

Great home for families!

Our grandkids loved the bikes to ride around the neighborhood! They went to see the turtles everyday and you can't beat a Lake MI sunset!

Very Convenient

Location was very convenient. Kids and grandkids walked or biked to the beach frequently, especially every night to see the sunset. Owners treated us like family when we asked ANYTHING. House was immaculate and well-maintained.

The house was well stocked. Location was perfect for access to the pool, beach and town. We had an amazing time watching our kids (bigs and littles) having the time of their lives. We hope to book it again next year. Their hosts we quick to respond, overall great to work with. Thanks again Sheryl

Annual family gathering

The Beach Daze property offered everything needed for an enjoyable multi-generational family gathering! Our "littles" enjoyed the pool, especially with the retractable cover which allowed use on a drizzly, overcast day. The home was clean and well appointed for cooking (a must for us). A rented golf cart made trips to the beach seamless. The owners were responsive to questions and had thoughtfully stocked the home with books, games, and outdoor chairs/toys/wagon/bikes available for our use. This property is a gem and we highly recommend staying here for your next South Haven beach vacation!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at Beach Daze! Our grandchildren loved the beaches & the pools! The location is great in relation to the above. You will have to drive to the beaches if you want to take chairs & other beach items. Otherwise it’s too far to walk. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets on the beach & long bike rides on the KalHaven trail. We went blueberry picking at Bumbleberry farm. It was a great place for adults & children! The farmers market in South Haven on Wednesday was one of the best I’ve been to. We were not ready to leave at the end of the week. The house was very comfortable & well equipped! We will be back!

Wonderful vacation!!

Everything was exactly as advertised - this house is great! I stayed here with my family (4 adults and 4 kids) for a long weekend in the off season and can't wait to come back in the summer. The house is brand new! It's very roomy, clean, and tastefully decorated - very accommodating for family's! Sheryl was very responsive to our questions. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk away and there are a lot of grassy, open spaces for kids to explore. The fire pit out back is a great way to unwind at night. Great location too - just a couple minutes to downtown South Haven (great restaurants and cute shops!) and just a couple minutes to Meijer for groceries. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Location!!

We loved our stay at Beach Daze. It was the perfect community the house was in a great spot! The kids enjoyed daily fishing trips to the bridge, poles provided! Plus fun little walks through the neighborhood. The community pool is so close to the house we felt comfortable with the kiddos walking back and forth. We definitely saw some busier times at the pool but had a lot of time to ourselves or very few families. If you have ever vacationed down south, you “need” a pool a lot less in MI. Our kids (7-11) loved the beach and spent so much time there. We spent some time at Packard Park beach and South beach (fairly large lots that cost $10 a day), Packard is a smaller beach but it was a great day with smaller waves! South beach is just out of the main town, busier but has close bathrooms, concessions and a light house. Favorite beach was Oval beach in Saugatuck. It was $15 to park for the day, beautiful large beach with bathrooms, changing area and concessions. Plenty of beach chairs and toys provided at the house! We dined in South Haven twice, went to Black River Tavern and Clementines, both delicious! Neither take reservations, and we had a party of 8, did a little shopping to pass the time! We had some nice nights on the patio, unfortunately the fire pit was being rebuilt and the grass was quite soft. Overall, great trip and would definitely stay. Great communicators from booking til check out!!

Great house for a large family

We have stayed at many houses in this subdivision. This one was very well stocked with household items and other amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. (i.e. bikes, pool and beach gear, and many of the basic household items not necessarily on hand in other properties)

Great return to South Haven

This is a perfect spot to take advantage of a laid back family beach vacation in South Haven. Easy, stress free rental process. Great location- short walk to the beach with feel of quiet neighborhood. House was new and clean with great space to hang out as a family and nice amenities including beach chairs and umbrellas and sturdy wagon to haul them in. Homeowners were very helpful - provided awesome tips and recommendations for places to eat - and quick to respond to the few questions we had.

Great beach stay

We had a wonderful time at Beach Daze. It was an amazing experience. The house was great as was the community. Community pool was really nice and the beach was a very short drive away. We loved the town and the property. Also if you have kids, it's a very family friendly property. Could not be happier.

Great summer vacation spot

Our vacation was great! They had lots of stuff that made our vacation super comfortable. They had treats for s'mores, bikes for the kids, and games for a rainy day. The house was everything they said it would be. It was very comfortable for a family vacation. We would not hesitate to return! Totally worth every penny!

Ideal Location & Amenities

We had the most wonderful stay. We had all the amenities to make our week long stay at Dan & Sheryl’s feel like our home away from home. The location was close to everything yet far enough away to be a nice quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was the perfect distance to town. The welcome info provided by the owners was so helpful and gave us many ideas of fun things to do! Thankfully we cooked most of the nights, because the one issue we encountered was the restaurants were very full or weren’t offering take-out. Our kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy. To the owners, thank you! We loved our stay and highly recommend Beach Daze!
