Welcome to Edgewater Bluffs, a rustic yet modern retreat set on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. From the moment you step inside, panoramic lake views greet you from nearly every main living space. Surrounded by whispering pines and the sounds of nature, this timeless home blends the warmth of a classic lodge with the elevated comforts of modern living. Recently renovated, the kitchen seats 10. With six bedrooms, this home offers a restful gathering place for families or groups. Out back, enjoy chatting around the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, or simply watching the peaceful waves. Situated between South Haven and Saugatuck, this is the ultimate southwest Michigan getaway.



The Property *Now Dog Friendly! Dogs are allowed on the Glenn Shores Beach, but please keep them leashed.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large deck with a hot tub overlooking Lake Michigan, gas grill, firepit | Stairs to the beach. Those with mobility issues may drive down to the neighborhood beach access point

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, electric stove range, and coffee maker.

GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C

PARKING: Driveway and parking pad for up to 6 vehicles



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 12 people

- No smoking

- Pets allowed for an extra charge

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date

The Space:

Stairs provide direct access to the beach on Lake Michigan. Those with mobility issues may drive down to the Glenn Shores neighborhood beach access point as an alternative to using the stairs. It is a 0.4 mile walk to the neighborhood beach access (7 minute walk) from the front door to the sand. There is a parking lot at this access point and a paved path with a decline to the sand.



Other Things to Note:

There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.

Wonderful property! Beautiful lake views, comfortable home, well appointed kitchen. I appreciate that the house was properly stocked with towels, linens, coffee filters, garbage bags, kitchen gadgets, flatware and even some spices. We hosted there for the Thanksgiving and despite an epic snow storm we would do it again in a heartbeat. This house is on the lake and is as magical as it sounds. Fantastic.
