Hotel ecosostenibili a South Kensington

“Personale ”

“Soggiorno in questo hotel da tanti anni e l’esperienza è sempre positiva ”

“I don't why hotels staff usually stick the the bare minimum. I arrived at 1pm, and apparently no rooms were ready before 3pm (really? on a Tuesday?). I was given a room for which you have to take the lift AND the stairs; I asked to change with a room accessible by lift only. I was given the smallest room they had (I saw it from the emergency map). If you are not full, why not given to your guest the best service you can, rather than the minimum? I will unlikely come back here.”

“bagno sporco, struttura vecchia, aria condizionata rumorosa e piena di polvere”

“Service not good.”
