“For us, location was important. The hotel was close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle service to the airport.”

“Parking is a bit of a nightmare. You have to park in the airport lot then hump it to the hotel. Parking isn’t particularly well marked in terms of finding the hotel”

“Everything was great. There was this one female front staff in the morning that made our stay welcoming, however we experienced one male staff that was rude to my wife when she was just trying to get hot water in the evening”

“This is an excellent motel. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and has all the basic amenities, including a good fridge. Our room had a pull-out couch as well as the bed. Straight-ahead no-nonsense accommodation. Owners and workers are friendly. It's our go-to accommodation when we're in the area.”

“Camera grande, pulita, due bei letti king, piscina coperta! A mezz’ora di autobus dal centro. Colazione varia e molto buona, un po’ piccola la sala colazioni rispetto alla quantità di camere per cui abbiamo trovato sempre un po’ di confusione. Parcheggio gratuito.”

“The location of this house was great. Close to everything. The room was OK, with a big comfortable.bed but it was very, very small, as was the bathroom. Apart from.missing a night table on one side of the bed, it had everything the traveler might need. To access the room one needs to use a narrow staircase, so it would not be suitable for a person with limited mobility.”

“Struttura nuova, pulita, non manca nulla di quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno a Ottawa. Dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina impeccabile, con anche forno e tostapane. Unico dettaglio che trovo poco igienico la tenda nella doccia, per il resto la consiglio vivamente anche per la sua posizione centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Ottawa. ”

“Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay. Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light). Definitely looking this place up first should I get back to Ottawa.”
