Someone was supposed to have emailed codes several days in advance and did not, and it was not clear that it was required, as opposed to an option. "Sean at the front office was really nice. They were fully booked, the guest before us clearly smoked in the room, and the tub was not draining. We canceled the rest of our stay and was able to get a room at Hampton inn. Would not recommend"
