Dear Mr. Robert, We would like to thank you for sharing your experience at Agroktima Guesthouse. We feel your criticism is a bit unfair... Your reservation was for 3 nights and you only stayed one. We would like to mention that we are a small business, consisting of 10 cottages, which we managed ourselves, so it was and still is a bit difficult to make these changes in our plans so soon before your arrival. We would also like to assure you that our property complies with all safety meters that have received instructions from the Greek government about the pandemic. As you can see, availability is a very sensitive issue when it comes to 10 units. It is also possible to modify a reservation, yes, but it must be made a few days before the day of arrival, not the same day. Therefore, we would like to thank you again for choosing Agroktima for your stay in Greece and we look forward to hosting you again in the future! Kind regards, Angeliki & Sarantos
