“The host was amazing. The air conditioning is excellent. There is parking in the driveway. It is very private. The side of his house has a gate with a key to open and close it. Then open the small apartment to stay in. It has a nice bedroom with a bathroom in it. It has a small room with an extra bed in it as well. Everything looks updated. A full size fridge. It does not have stove/oven but microwave, electric stove burners to cook on, small crockpot, coffee pot, etc. He understands some...

“Very nice spot and close to the strip. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The host was lovely and I hope to come back soon!”

“The appartment was pretty and very clean. Parking was available. Climatisation very good. No place available outside to eat or take a coffee.”

“We all enjoyed our stay, thank you!”

“Very Clean, very easy to check in and check out. We did not have a top sheet on the bed. I also did not have hot water for the shower. But, we were just there for a night and then back on the road. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants and grocery stores.”

“The house was cute and spacious. My rating is based on the fact that the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and unorganized. The towels left on beds, that were rolled up, were wet and smelled faintly of mold. We inspected the house when we first arrived, checking which doors could open and which were locked, but when we woke up the next morning, one of the locked doors were wide open and it freaked me and my kids out, thinking someone came inside...

“This was a great little getaway spot for our family +2 dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool especially because it was 110°. Will definitely return”

“The listing was spotless. Lovely furnishings and comfy. The pool and spa with backyard was so amazing. Most of all the host is a wonderful person who truly cares about her guests. So responsive, great instructions clear expectations. Amazing. Quiet neighborhood yet central to all the fun stuff in Vegas. Highly recommend”

“Very nice and big house with lots to do !!”

“Everything was good”

“It is a lovely house with enough space in a quiet neighbourhood.”

“Hot tub was hot enough but needed more pump action as it just ran on filter mode no bubbles in hot tub. There were issue on arrival with pool lights and a big wet stain in the living room. Everything was addressed. We had a good stay.”

“While I didn’t want to leave only one star there is no way I could possibly have left five. It is really too bad because had the place been maintained before we arrived I feel it would’ve absolutely earned five stars. First off when we got there the air-conditioning had been shut off and it was 95 inside the house. We arrived at 3 PM and by 11 PM. It had only cooled down to 84 beyond that the pool deck had bird droppings all along the side between the house and the pool. The pool appeared to be...

“The house was so beautiful. Check in went smooth. Good communication. The pool area was my favorite. Everything was so nice and clean.”
