Our rates did increase this year, just as everything else. However, we are very much compatible with the rest of the condotel industry.

Dear Aurora. I would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience at our establishment. I assure you that out of all my 15yrs with this company, we have never experienced this situation before. Our reputation should speak for itself. In our category we have been voted #1 in South Padre Island Condominium Rentals for the past 7 years. This was an isolated incident and we took all the measures to resolve the issue promptly and thorough.
