Loved the adults only area and the pool and spa were also amazing.
As someone with a sore back I did find the walk from carpark to the tent a. Bit difficult especially with a suitcase on the stepping stones.
But loved the look!

We only stayed one night, but wished it was so much more. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with beautiful smiles, stunning wine made by Le Mas and when we were ready a guided tour of the elegant property!
The beds were like sleeping on clouds, everything was available for our stay.
The breakfast was a feast and my dietary requirements were more than catered for.
We will most definitely be back as it was probably one of my favourite hotels to stay...

“This is self checkin which requires you to upload you passport and credit card details to a website and pay a deposit. I was a little unsure of this. It’s not ideal in today’s security issues world 😒. Then you get a code to enter. It didn’t come through initially so, I called them a number of times to be put on hold then hung up on . I finally the got a call centre which sent me the instructions 2 hours before check in.
The venue itself is lovely and the location and outlook are lovely. So...

“Our stay was a very positive one. We just needed communication re booking in process by text, not just email. On the road, I had no access to email and had to get my son to retrieve booking info for us. This was the only problem with the stay - breakfast hamper was excellent!!”

“Beautiful area to stay and the glamping was great. The tent was spacious and the bathroom and kitchen just right. It has everything you need and they include all the little things you might need. (Our bathroom door did not close but not material).
I think the comms could be improved a bit (we couldn't unlock the trolleys but too late to fix and a map would help) and the multiple wotif emails to provide access codes etc was a bit confusing but that is just feedback for parties.

“The filters in the AC were totally encrusted in thick dust. My partner took them out so I could wash and dry them and put them back in. This is something that really needs to be addressed and regularly. Apart from that everything else was great.

“We had the most perfect stay at the Tin House. It fit our group of 3 adults and 2 children perfectly. It was a super chilly weekend when we arrived and the house was so warm and inviting. The heating and fireplace were perfect and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We loved our stay.”

It was a huge advantage in the rain, as I am sure it would be in the summer, to have covered parking. Friendly staff to cap it all off.”
