Hotel a South Park

“Location was convenient, staff was very helpful and kind, air conditioning was great, room was clean for most parts. Property is needed repairs and furniture in dining area also. Breakfast was cold at 7 am a lot of things were not available”

“Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. I feel the room should’ve been properly cleaned before I checked in. After driving over 4 hours I didn’t feel like changing rooms, or having bed linens changed. Later, at 10 pm at...

“We have stayed here on many occasions with no problems at all. The current stay 7/8 to 7/9/26 we stayed in. RM.305 the mattress was horrible as were the pillows we both ended up with sore backs & necks & subsequently ended up sleeping in the chairs therefore unable to enjoy our stay. I hope this issue is resolved so others don't”

“My wife and I were traveling with our 10 month old baby. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on furniture and dirt on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. Upon checking in at around 5pm the room was incredibly hot, and when turning on the AC it was clear that it would not cool down quickly as the air unit did not seem to stay engaged in AC mode. When this was discussed with front desk staff they allowed us to move to a different room. That room was also visibly dirty and very hot, but...

“The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location.”

“Everything was good except the breakfast options. Selected this hotel for convenient location and breakfast included with stay. We broke our two day journey in Pittsburgh. To our disappointment the eggs had ham mixed in them. There were other options for guests who eat pork/bacon etc. There were no boiled eggs or other egg options. The staff attending the breakfast area was rude. Don't plan on staying here again. There is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior.”
