“Everything was extremely nice and new and super clean. Parking was honestly worst parking lot I have ever been to in a hotel due to using it to distribute moving trucks but everything that is truly important was top notch so still 5 stars”

“Location was convenient, staff was very helpful and kind, air conditioning was great, room was clean for most parts. Property is needed repairs and furniture in dining area also. Breakfast was cold at 7 am a lot of things were not available”

After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. “My wife and I were traveling with our 10 month old baby. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on furniture and dirt on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. Upon checking in at around 5pm the room was incredibly hot, and when turning on the AC it was clear that it would not cool down quickly as the air unit did not seem to stay engaged in AC mode. When this was discussed with front desk staff they allowed us to move to a different room. That room was also visibly dirty and very hot, but...

“Favorite place to stay when I come to visit”

“The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
