“stay at this hotel was disappointing despite the staff’s attempts to assist. Shortly after checking into my first room, I encountered a roach. The front desk responded quickly and moved us to another room, but the replacement room was missing several amenities, including a bench and lamp, and the refrigerator hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival. “The late check in process is a nightmare for anyone over 60!!! I called the hotel in the afternoon & let them know that I would be checking in late and they said they would send me a link for a pre-arrival check list. I never received it. Then I arrived after 11 pm absolutely exhausted. I tried using My confirmation booking number & it said my booking could not be found. I then called the support phone number & it took over 25 minutes bc she get sending me codes that didn't work. ...

“The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh.”
