“Very basic - this is not a hotel, it’s an apartment. No amenities and nothing within walking distance. Bathroom is not cleaned daily - linen is tidied and that is it. If you want a hotel, stay in CBD area.”

“Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend.”

“Location and rooftop bar are probably the only things we liked. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer good. The concierge/ lift attendant was superb. She was friendly welcoming and explained the lift use and procedures. The room was a king deluxe on the 10th floor. The lighting is very dim. The bathroom has very poor lighting. Impossible for me to do make up. The toilet and shower share a sliding door so both facilities cannot be used at the same time - even with the door closed on the...

“Absolutely lovers this place highly recommend has everything you need and more has heaps of area and really nice views. Everything was close by and David(the owner) was very helpful, welcoming and easy to communicate with. Me and the misses are very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back.”
