“This property was better than advertised!Beautiful setting with a rooftop patio with “rock” lounge chairs. Nice view, but the removal of a couple trees would enhance the view. Even with a second property right next door, you had a feeling of privacy. There was a hot tub for two just outside the door, and it was heated when we arrived! What a treat at sundown after dinner.Speaking of food. Be sure to bring food for grilling and breakfast. There is a full kitchen, with fridge, stove and...

“This is a nice little house. The best thing about it was the screened in porch. We were able to stretch out there. That said, they need a disposal and a dishwasher. We had a major battle with ants in the kitchen. I do not like relying on the previous visitors to wash the dishes. The landscaping needs some attention also.”

“My wife and I attended a concert at the Caverns. It’s only a short 15 minute drive.This space is perfect. Exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, and everything we needed and wanted. The host was a great communicator, even offered for us to check in earlier than 3pm. Nice size kitchen had everything we needed. If you had kids, this space/area would have been perfect for them. Definitely family friendly.10/10, would definitely stay here again.”

“The Farmhouse was very accommodating. Very clean inside and out. All the amenities you will need for a stay. The hosts provided little touches like fresh eggs to make the stay special and comfortable. The Farmhouse is secluded in nice country setting with DGS and Bernies Place Restaurant to meet personal and food needs. ”

“The word rustic comes to mind. Location was an awesome country setting with a pond. We caught a few small bass and bluegills. It is definitely off the beaten path. Appears to be an old farm house. Beds, tv, shower were all good. Could use some updates.”
