"Friendly staff. Our room had a weird musty smell and the temp was hard to regulate. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. The sink in the bathroom kept clogging and the shower door wouldn't close. The bed was pretty worn in. This property could definitely use some attention."

"I had a terrible experience at the double tree hilton-dearborn hotel. I arrived early on May 28th, 2026 around 12:00 p.m., I did an early check in and got charged a $25 fee which was fine. I got a room and went to see it. As I was walking, the property was dirty, the pool was filthy with so much ..."
