Ranch a South Ronaldsay

“.”

“We were warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival and when they showed us up to the room we fell instantly in love with the sea view. The room was very clean and in good shape. What’s more, we ate in the restaurant and the food was fresh, locally sourced and also great value for money when compared to other local options.”

“Hotel molto confortevole, in ottima posizione. Pub stupendo”

“Prenotato stanza familiare per 4 persone, ma alla fine mi è stata assegnata stanza da 3. Il personale (molto cortese) ha rimediato offrendomi un’ulteriore stanza matrimoniale. Resta tuttavia il disagio di essere stati in 2 stanza separate. Riguardo il resto, camere molto molto piccole e senza asciugacapelli. A quasi 300€ a notte NON ESISTE!”

“Stanza spaziosa e pulita colazione tipica e posizione centrale per muoversi a piedi”

“We had a wonderful stay here, staff was awesome and outstanding breakfast”

“Pros: excellent location right in front of the ferry to the outer islands; top-notch breakfast in the main hotel, especially the porridge and chia oatmeal pots; really friendly and helpful staff available 24-7 Cons: you are staying in the annexe of the main hotel and that’s not clear from the hotel description which I know isn’t the hotels fault entirely but something to talk to Expedia about. This wouldn’t have been such a problem but upon arrival the shore building is a little worse for wear...

“Wayne is super helpful! lovely stop for a nice, clean lodge.”

“Easy walking distance to town and local attractions.”

“This place was fantastic. Very modern and the bed was enormous and the bathroom was very good. The location was excellent. Could easily stayed there 2 nights as there was more in John O'Groats than expected.”

“This was a centrally located bed and breakfast in a lovely old home. The room was very small and there was no desk or anywhere to sit other than one chair. The bathroom was well equipped and breakfast was good. I might have been the only guest so it was very quiet - but very convenient to the ferry terminal just 7 miles away.”

“Nur is very kind. But she have to do all. Please hire more staff. The cleaning is very bad.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at the property in spite of the storms - even managed to see the Northern Lights.”

“Struttura buona, pulita e curata. Personale cordiale. Stanza molto piccola.”

“Lovely spacious room and bathroom ”

“Property was perfectly appointed with everything you would need. Bathrooms are spacious and nice big towels! Ocean view and great walks. We did two day trips and spent one day locally which worked out very well. I would definitely recommend this rental!”
