“Staff helpful. Older exterior but beds were clean and comfortable. The fridge was a good size and kept our food and ice packs cold. Close to walking trails. Restaurant right across the road”

“There were some bugs in the room, spiders mainly. The standard could be higher especially as a Ramada which is supposed to have a higher standard. The beds were not as comfortable and the hotel was a bit outdated. The best part of the stay was the staff, who were extremely helpful, kind and efficient. The hotel is one of the better hotels in Cornwall and corporate can stand to upgrade the facilities at large.”

“Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. “The lady at the breakfast was great but unfortunately there was no batter for the waffles. I guess someone forgot to order or cutting down on expenses. The pool wasn't open as scheduled so we had to wait until someone arrived for their work shift and there was a lack of towels”
