“stayed here for a weekend of boating in tampa. Wasnt in the house very much, just mainly to sleep, but it was clean, two bedrooms and .7 miles from our marina. ”

“The house was in good shape with everything working. It was clean. The host supplied a very nice coffee station with pods and creamers, but there is also a conventional basket brewer if one prefers.. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. The checkout procedure was minimal, without any unreasonable requests. I would recommend.”
